Founded in 2002, Shandong Hainuo Machinery Co, Ltd. sets up three branches of casting, processing, and assembling, focusing on R&D, designing, and manufacturing in axle housing field. With ten years’ experience and increasing investment, we improve ourselves step by step. There are 115 sets of processing equipment and 3 production lines of axle housing processing with 89 sets of all kinds of advanced equipment, including 8 sets of VMC, 34 sets of professional machine tools, 25 sets of CNC. The annual output of axle housing is 150 thousand pieces. There is one half shaft casing processing line with the annual output of 300 thousand pieces. We are also equipped with one processing line for small pieces, one paint coating line, one cleaning and drying line for inner axle housing, and one modern axle assembly line, which can produce 150 thousand pieces every year making the annual output value up to ¥ 350 million.

The foundry plant and machining plant cover an area of 220,000 m2 and can produce 40 thousand tons per year. We adopt the advanced casting producing equipment, including American Yingda medium frequency induction furnace, automatic production line of resin sand and so on. Our high quality of casting wins high praise from domestic and abroad customers.
